Shipping and Delivery

We ship daily, our cut off is 10am. We ship worldwide mainly using Royal Mail but for larger items we may use another courier.

We use a tracked and signed for service. We offer express shipping in the UK this is with Royal Mail using their next day delivery.

Please also ensure you read each product’s information page correctly, as some items have a lead time.

General Shipping Information and Terms

UK Delivery from £2.95 or free for orders over £20 for UK customers with Free Signed for Delivery on all UK Orders over £20

All orders sent outside of the UK, are sent Tracked. Tracked postage for overseas delivery is set at £10, although with smaller items this may work out cheaper and we will refund any difference. For larger items we may have to make an additional charge but you will be informed of this before we ship the item. 

Orders received by 8pm on any given day will be shipped the next Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

Some items have a “lead time” as we order them in especially. Any “lead time” will be stated clearly on the product listing and should be added to the usual shipping times.

In reference to shipping times, lead times or timescales, “days” are expressed as working days.

Shipping times are from date of dispatch, not date of order.

The amount of days, we state (in the checkout) that you are likely to receive your order, is an estimate only and is never guaranteed.

All orders sent outside of the UK, are sent using the Incoterms “DAP” Rule. This means that the customer assumes all responsibility for customs clearance and any applicable duties and taxes.

Where delivery of a package is refused by you, or a package is returned for non-payment of customs charges, the order is not eligible for a statutory refund. In this instance there are two options available. Option 1) Arrange for the order to be resent, once we have received it back (customer must pay further shipping charges). Option 2) Make a claim to your Bank or PayPal for non-receipt. (in this instance your Bank / PayPal will decide if you are entitled to a refund, whilst offering us Seller Protection)

It is the responsibility of the customer to be informed of our shipping terms at point of sale. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time, but you can check our current shipping terms at anytime by revisiting this page. You can agree to these terms when you checkout.
