ORDERING
When placing an order with Peacock Jewellery, via the Peacock Jewellery web site, you are entering into a contract with us to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details.
This contract will become binding upon our acceptance via email of your order.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (i.e. full refund or a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra payment as required)
All jewellery on this website has been handmade by David of Peacock Jewellery. Many items are made to order, and unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days once payment has been received by Peacock Jewellery.
For bespoke orders, you will be given an estimated dispatch time when the design details are finalised. Some semi-precious stone beads may be sourced from other countries, and this will affect the completion date.

OUR PRODUCTS
Sterling silver jewellery handmade by Peacock Jewellery which may feature pre-made components such as chains, charms or clasps.
Jewellery is not hallmarked as the silver components are below the weight at which hallmarking is required by UK Law. Individual component items (above) may contain a ‘925’ mark.
Other parts of the jewellery will be semi-precious, freshwater pearl and/or sterling silver beads. Oxidised designs use liver of sulphur to darken the surface of the silver.
Clear pictures are provided to allow you to see jewellery pieces designed by Peacock Jewellery.
Please be aware that they are taken in close up. Please pay close attention to the measurements provided for a true idea of scale.
Photographs taken may well be the actual item you will receive, or what we deem to be a clear representation of the product if more than one has been made.
Due to the irregularities in the healing crystals and gemstones themselves, and the handmade nature of David’s work, we reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed.
Please be aware that the colours displayed on our website we consider to be close renditions of the actual colours of the healing crystals, gemstones and pearls used. However, they cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate, as this will vary depending on each individual computer’s monitor settings.
PACKAGING
All our handmade healing crystal necklaces, pendants, bracelets and earrings are gift wrapped in Peacock Jewellery branded paper jewellery boxes, to minimise the impact on the environment, along with our branded gift tag.
This means that all our handmade jewellery is ready to be given as a gift.
OUR PRICES
All prices are stated clearly in British Pounds (GBP) at their full price.
As Peacock Jewellery is currently not a VAT registered company, No VAT has been added to the price.
Peacock Jewellery is NOT responsible for any Import VAT, Taxes, Fees or Duties which may be applicable to your country.
